New Location Now Open!

November 1st has come and gone and we are up and going. Over the last week Michelle and I have been getting all the finishing touches taken care of. We must have been in and out of the clinic 20 times over the last few days. Now all the hard work has paid off and the space looks amazing. Check out the before and after pictures.
The highlight of the past weekend was when Michelle dropped a box of books on the floor at the same time that the yoga class was in their final meditation. Oops…good thing the walls are soundproof.
We are so excited to have this opportunity and would like to thank everyone at “Moksha Yoga Ottawa”:http://www.mokshayogaottawa.com/index.htm for being so welcoming. We know that this is going to be a successful friendship.
Even with all of the chaos over the weekend, Michelle was able to take a Hot YIN class on Sunday. She said pigeon pose is even more intense with sweat dripping down your face. I’ll be taking my first Moksha class tomorrow at lunch time. I’ll let you know how it goes.
