Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The MBTI helps us to understand our preferences in the way we perceive the world and make decisions. Understanding ourselves helps us to be more aware of how our own preferences affect relationships in our personal and professional lives. Michelle is a certified MBTI practitioner, offering both group and individual assessments.

In group format, MBTI can be used to help teams become more effective by creating awareness around our similarities and differences.  Having this knowledge is extremely powerful and results in much stronger, more effective communication.

The MBTI can create awarnesses in our personal lives to help us understand our career choices, and relationships better.
