Cancellation Policy

When booking an appointment, that time is reserved for you. When a change is made last minute, it is often not possible to fill that space.

When an appointment is changed, cancelled or rescheduled with less then 24 hours notice a fee will apply.

Cancellation 12 to 24 hours before 50% of session fee will apply

Cancellation less then 12 hours or a missed appointment, 100% of session fee will apply
